How to book your retreat
Health Screening
Before you’re able to finalize a retreat booking, we’ll ask you to complete a short health screening questionnaire. If everything looks good, we can move ahead with your reservation. If anything needs a closer look, we’ll simply schedule a video call to chat through it together.
This process helps ensure that your experience is safe and comfortable. Some medications may not be compatible with the medicine used during the retreat, so it’s important for us to make sure everything is aligned. Your safety is always our top priority.
Dietary Restrictions
Before coming to the retreat, participants are usually encouraged to follow a simple preparation diet (often called a tyramine-free diet). This typically involves avoiding certain foods and refraining from alcohol or recreational drugs. These guidelines are meant to support overall well-being and help reduce the likelihood of unpleasant reactions.
Once your booking is officially confirmed, we’ll send you our recommended preparation guidelines so you can feel fully ready for the retreat.
Group preparation calls
Once you’ve booked the retreat, we’ll offer group preparation video calls. These sessions help everyone start connecting before meeting in person and give us space to talk about topics that can support your physical and mental readiness for the retreat experience. We’ll also cover practical details and logistics to make your arrival as easy as possible.
Group integration calls
After the retreat has ended, we’ll stay connected by offering integration video calls. These sessions give us a chance to check in, support one another, and explore how we’re settling back into daily life after the retreat experience.
